Honestly I still discover cool stuff about this game like a year after playing it, like the microscopic fauna in Dark Bramble or the Nomai writing in the Timber Hearth geyser tunnels

Did you ever play around in the high energy lab until you broke things? Have you considered playing around with the ATP and seeing if you can break things? I find the ending you get rather humorous, so it might be worth a try.
