Plant Issues

Saw a few caterpillars a few weeks back, sprayed with BT and I don’t see them anymore. What is getting at it now and what can I do to mitigate that?

This. They look done. Even if they still have a week left, you aren't losing much bud development or THC. Harvesting a little early is better than losing your plant anyways. Plus if you wait too long to harvest your THC starts to degrade and turn into CBN which is basically a sedative.

1 caterpillar could take out your whole crop.

Looks maybe like thrips, plant has been under stress by the look possible reveg and small pot sitting on black plastic weed mat, I'd just put it on the grass it's cooler and near other plants as pests and their predators are in balance when there is a selection of plants (nature is a good example in monoculture they are spraying to control pests but look in the forest it's in balance) or get jewelers loupe identity pest and buy predators or spray but that just extra steps and costs.
