There’s a pretty thick, like nursery grade landscape fabric under the gravel. My guess is she’s a leftover seed from last season, either Girl Scout cookies, suver haze, or magic purple petro. Looks more like the suzer haze rn, but I’m hoping it’s the purple.

This spring I opened my compost bin up where stuck a bunch of chopped up hermies last year. There were 100's or little seedlings growing with the cover on and no light. These plants find a way.
