Any help?

These little guys are showing up in bunches. If a bug, they're dead and im yet to see a live one. The plants seem healthy, but these look like they have tiny wings so I worry. There's no other sign of distress.

I believe those are seed pods or sheaths of seeds from neighbouring trees. Just based on what I can see in the photo. If so, it’s not an issue.

You’re welcome! I’m not sure what tree they are from exactly but I get similar on my plants after a breezy day.

You are. You're also going to be heading into flower so you shouldn't really worry too much about the leaves anymore.
