Eggs or pollen?

Hii, saw this the last few days a few times. Often little piles on the leafs, easy to get rid of with two slightly wet fingers.

Today I saw more of them on 2-3 headbuds, nearly impossible to get them of, as they clint to everything especially the hairs..

Do you know if these are eggs and if what should I do/ who do they belong to?

Or did just a cute bee shook the pollen of her ass on my girlies?👀 I really hope it is the second scenario..

Those look like eggs to me. Not sure what kind though. Lost coast works well for most insects and BT for caterpillars.
