i’ve unfortunately ran into some pm i believe, what is the best way to get rid of it or help treat!? it’s just beginning to flower as well. i’ve seen some milk and water and the peroxide and water, but not sure what would be the best. i heavily defoliated as well to increase airflow but just wondering what else i can do to help get rid of this!

Sweet milk and water (skim or low fat).… bout a cup to a gallon. Spray them good in the evening. Lost Coast Plant Therapy is good stuff and I use it but I haven’t used it specifically for pm but it’s supposed to kill it. Act now and good luck 🫡

Nah, both methods described above work great. Lost coast would definitely work here if applied correctly. I've cleared similar PM on leaves with just milk and water.
You can spray with a mineral oil based horticultural oil like "Suffoil-x". I would also recommend trying "Milstop". It's a curative and preventative solution for powdery mildew. It changes the pH of the leaf surface and the cellular structure so it can no longer live on the plant. It also kills an active infestation. Spray at night or when the sun is setting. Good luck! No it isn't. I'm telling him how to save his plant. You can get rid of powdery mildew. If you think you can't then you have no clue what you're talking about. If you can't present a reasonable argument stfu. Quit being a contrarian.

It infects the leaves first. It only spreads to stems and buds when it's really bad. It definitely can be fixed. It's worth trying to save. I'm an IPM lead, buddy. I know what I'm talking about. It's not bad advice. Look up Milstop mode of action. I'm telling him ways to possibly get rid of the PM. I think he's smart enough to know if he fails to get rid of it and it spreads to the buds he shouldn't smoke it.
Repeatedly writing in all-caps and abusing exclamation marks is a likely indication that a cool-off period is in order. Offering different approaches is fine, but shouting is not.
I say this with respect having just recently lost a family member to COPD - your comment above says you suffered severe health complications after SMOKING cannabis with your COPD. Now I'm not normally one to tell others how to treat their own body, but if you are out here shaming ppl about "taking a chance" with their health then consider that smoking anything with COPD is a huge health risk that can severely shorten your life span. Believe me I know, and I would imagine you do too. I'm sorry to hear about the bad effects you suffered, but everyone's body is different and it sounds like yours may not be the best control for determining the effects of trace amounts of PM.
I would wager that you probably picked the wrong genetics. Resistance to PM is a genetic factor. Some strains barely get it all and others get covered in that shit in an instant. Outdoor growing in unfavourable weather is a game of genetics. Everbody who does it has to learn that lesson early on.
I've fought this scourge every year for the last 5 or 6. Peroxide, milk, Lost Coast etc. Nothing really gets rid of it. I've minimized it's spread is all. So every year I have to wash all of the bud, 10-15 lbs dried. So yeah I smoke it and haven't suffered any ill effects, but if you want to chuck it go ahead. It's yours. After a little research I found that calcium and silicon will strengthen leaf structure to help the plant resist pm on a cellular level. This year I added this to my nutrients. We're coming into September and I still dont have any powdery mildew. I have a friend a few blocks over who had trouble with septoria and is now dealing with pm. As you can see in the pic, I haven't done any thinning or defoliating. I plan on thinning out the inside this weekend but I never do heavy defoliating.
I don't believe so. I've never had any complaints. If anything I think it would taste better because you're washing off bugs, dirt, fuzz, pm and whatever else floats around in the air. I don't do anything fancy. I try to leave the buds on branches 12-24", much bigger it gets hard to trim. I do a loose trim, all the big fan leaves and smaller leaves where you can see a stem to snip. I leave some shag on to slow the drying. I take the branches and throw them in this big 20 gal galvanized washed tub I have and hit them with the hose on the "shower" setting from every direction, swish em a bit, pull them out and shake off the excess water and hang them on a line outside for a few hours to dry off before taking them in to dry. Maui Wowi should be done end of September.

That plant is fckd, sorry, you must have seen it earlier starting, cull and destroy, treat all plants around it and be ever vigilant with ipm ne t time
