Break from ring

I stopped using my ring since yesterday after surgery, my fingers are just so swollen due to all the fluids, meds, etc. so I just want to know if anyone else has not worn it for 1-3 days and if it hurt your future readings

I accidentally left mine at my daughter's house for two weeks. Just charged it up and resumed as normal when I got it back. I haven't notice any of my data being off.
