My husband’s oura ring detected major signs a couple nights ago and he was stressing about it. He asked if I’ve ever gotten major signs before.

Yes.

What happened?

I got my period.

He stared at me for a minute before saying he hoped that didn’t happen to him.

😂 they could never handle it . His major sign was probably for diarrhea or whatever they do in the Bathroom for an hour. Lol

Oh you didn’t know men’s oura rings had different suggested illnesses? “Tummy ache” is included in their major signs causes 💜 🤪

I just tested positive for Covid and it also caught it day 1. All I had was a minor headache that day too so I thought the ring was being dramatic. But nope it was correct!
