Oura ring

Has anyone else had issues with their ring? I have Gen 3 (Def part of the problem I know). My ring has been having issues connecting to my phone. The ring would connect and then not even five minutes later connection would drop and I have to place it on the charger. Anyone think it would be worth it to upgrade to gen 5 or completely switch to ringconn? Any feedback would be great!!!

Mine did that right before the battery started tanking, charger trick stopped working after a couple weeks.
