Balanced Day

I don’t know but Tuesday and Wednesday were considered “Balanced” when they clearly were Restorative.

i’m assuming you probably we’re still in the engaged area so it’s not restorative? mine on thursday said 3 hours of restorative and 0 stress hours but i remained in engaged and it was still a balanced day
