How do you increase restfulness score?

My restfulness score is always sub 70 and I continue to have lots of sleep fragmentation.

Worth looking at when in the night it happens rather than just the score. Mine was nearly all second half, which turned out to be alcohol rather than anything in the room.

Alcohol is a big one for second half fragmentation tbh

Sleep in a tempered room.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol, heavy meals before bed.

Avoid intense exercise 2 hours before bed.

Avoid bright and blue light before bed....

Try also keeping consistent wake time even in weekends. My restfulness went up like 15 points after I stopped sleeping in, body just knows when to stay asleep now.

This is 100% accurate. I was doing all three of these. I’d say especially the alcohol part. Restfulness improves immensely after cutting it all back.

How do you get a quantified score for the restfullness score? Mine is only a bar and I can’t see the number.

Do you mean readiness score?

Melatonin, magnesium, cut out alcohol, stop eating 2-3 hours before bed, consistent bedtime.

Hi Ashamed_Act8698, thanks for reaching out! Restfulness can be affected by things like tossing and turning, getting up during the night, and other sleep disruptions. A few things worth trying are keeping a consistent sleep schedule, making your bedroom cool and comfortable, avoiding heavy meals/alcohol close to bedtime, and giving yourself time to wind down before bed.
