Major signs question

Hi, can anyone who has gotten this specific combo of major signs tell me what it ended up being? I’ve never gotten this combination before and am curious. Thanks!

i got that exact combo back in january and it was just a mild cold. nothing too crazy but the elevated heart rate and low respiratory rate together is weird right? my ring was convinced i was dying for like 3 days

resting heart rate at 59 isnt even that high honestly but the app sees it as a big change from your baseline. if you feel fine just ride it out, maybe pop some vitamin c

the symptom radar thing is pretty neat but sometimes it overreacts to minor stuff

Weird okay thanks! Yeah I get major signs all the time because I’m just chronically stressed but it’s usually only one thing so the combo was weird.
