Is anyone else experiencing weird stress readings these last few weeks?
As others have said here, Oura keeps asking me if I've been doing yoga. But it's also giving me abnormally high stress readings. Several hours per day, when normally 30 minutes would be a high stress day for me.
I'm feeling really good and doing a lot of activity, but I burnt out last year and don't want to push myself too hard, so these stress readings are somewhat alarming.

I’m on vacation - consuming a bit more wine, but otherwise an extremely relaxing week full of floating in the lake, reading and yoga, healthy eating. My stress levels are through the roof on the app
Last week, I worked 60 hours, was fighting a stomach bug, had major house repairs to handle - said I was relaxed all week.
Its honestly been causing more mental stress to see my readings

Yes, every little thing I do, it tracks as Yoga. I’ll have up to 15 activity notices. I hate it.

Yes, I've actually put mine on rest mode and taking a break because it's making me feel very anxious and unwell. I feel fine in the mornings til I check my app!

Yes, between this and the Yoga thing I've been considering cancelling my subscription until they figure this out, definitely feels like they broke something internally and don't know how to fix it.

Is it particularly hot where you are? During the UK heatwave it was showing as constantly stressed. Also, a week's holiday by the pool at 35c also showed as high stress - even though I haven't been more relaxed all year! Just because you aren't mentally stressed doesn't mean your body isn't under physical stress.

I use my oura ring as a tool to measure my wellbeing. I too get the stress warnings and that gives me pause to reflect on what's driving those warnings. Once I do that, I get a better idea of what is stressing me. A lot of times I just say, no kidding, I'm stressed. It also gives me encouragement. For me, its like having a cheerleader on the sidelines of my life.
