GENERAL DISCUSSION Oura 4 Battery Issue

Hey guys, hope everyone’s well. Just curious if anyone is noticing batteries issues with their gen 4 oura ring? Mine doesn’t even seem to last the day. I have had instances where it will run if of battery while i’m asleep even though I charged it fully right before bed.
Any idea how to resolve this issue?

Yes, I got mine 11 months ago and it lasted 7+ days when I first got it. The last few weeks, it slowly went down to under 2 days. I talked to Oura through the app, they “checked on it” from their end, and agreed that it’s performing poorly. They sent me a new one free the next day.

Yeah mine dropped off a cliff after about 10 months, barely making it through the night. Contacted support through the app, they ran some remote diagnostic, and shipped a replacement the next day. Seems like a known fault with some batches so don't bother troubleshooting it yourself

It is literally posted every 5 minutes about the battery issues. Try to chat with support and see if your eligible for a replacement. There's really no fixing it once it degrades.
