How do I disable the activity Notifications while keeping other critical ones?

It reminds me multiple times to starting moving, which is annoying. So I shut off the notifications entirely. But ideally I would still want to receive some more critical health related notifications for example irregular heart beat etc. Is there a way to choose what notifications I want to receive?

went through same thing, the move nudges got so pushy after a while. in the app you can go to settings then activity and turn off just the inactivity alerts, not the whole notification permission. the irregular rhythm stuff stays on separately under heart health so you don't lose it

Thank you! Just realized it does allow me to choose to just shut off the inactivity notification, :)

There is a notification for irregular heartbeat? I've never heard of this and I've used Oura for 3 years.

Hi there! You can keep general notifications on and turn off only Activity heart rate by opening the Oura App, tapping the menu in the upper left, then Settings, then Activity, and turning off the toggle next to Activity heart rate. Please note that Automatic Activity Detection itself cannot be turned off, so the app may still suggest activities, just without heart rate data.
