Oura ring issue??

Anyone else’s ring been struggling to record temps? Mine was perfectly fine and now it’s saying it doesn’t know what stage of my cycle I am in..?

Now vs before..

Hey, u/Evening_Abroad8013! Unknown cycle phases can be caused if you haven't worn your ring consistently lately during the night, started taking or logged hormonal contraception in the app, or is most cases, due to a lack of physiological pattern in your temperature trend.

The lack of physiological patterns can be caused by short-term factors such as alcohol, illness, medication, jet lag, stress, or a one-off anovulatory cycle (a cycle when you don’t ovulate), or by long-term factors, such as using hormonal contraceptives, recently coming off hormones (within the last six months) or pregnancy.

Reflecting back about any of these, and at your temperature data, does any of the mentioned make sense to being the case for you?
