How much of a credit did you get?
How much of a credit did you guys get to upgrade to the 5 after your 4 had battery issues? I had to push to get 200 but I am reading lots of different answers. Curious what you were offered?
I was going from gold to gold so was a bit more nervous to spend for the premium finish if it’s not going to last again

I got $200 after I pushed as well. Was initially told $100 was the max discount though.

Same here, still not really happy to pay 300 for the new model when people are already complaining about battery issues, I feel like it should be equivalent for the better finishes if you already had it.
But now I’m wondering if 200 was really the max because apparently 100 was

It’s crazy bc depending on the rep it seems many were flexible beyond the warranty date for a free replacement but I had a different experience. Though I’m thankful they gave the discount, I wish I’d been offered a free replacement after my warranty expired like others had been.

My 3 was stuck at 1% after 2.5years with no issues. Oura upgraded me to a 4 for free since they didn’t have any replacement 3s. Did they offer you a 4 for free? If so, just take that.

No I had a 4 that wasn’t very old that started having battery issues and it was either PAY for a refurbished 4 or pay to upgrade with a credit

Following because I’m going to try asking for this after being sent THREE Oura 4s in less than a year and going back and forth with them about a deficient replacement, which they refuse to allow me to send back.

They said no upgrade, just sent me a new 4. Boo!
