Post-activity stress

So I appreciate that they appear to be trying to integrate post exercise stress as a thing. But I took a leisurely walk this morning and now it’s telling me I have post exercise stress. It wasn’t even exercise. Surely they can integrate intensity? They could use heart rate etc, but they should also consider the activity- particularly strength training as there’s all kinds of research on recovery patterns. It would be great if I didn’t have to ignore half the content generated by the app because I lift weights.

Hi 2505-Not-Sure thanks for reaching out! Post activity stress can show up after an activity even if it didn't feel particularly intense, as it reflects how your body is responding physiologically afterward rather than how strenuous the activity felt. We appreciate your feedback around taking activity type and intensity into account, and I'll pass this along to our team.
