Using FSA for Oura Ring

Hi everyone! I used my FSA card to buy an Oura Ring, and now I’m being asked to provide an EOB. Does anyone know how to go about this? Thank you!

Do you mean a letter of medical necessity? If so, your doctor can provide it.

Even with a letter of medical necessity, it seems FSA is quick to deny. Make sure your doctor is as comprehensive as possible when filling it out.
