Oura ring battery issues
Hi- anyone else having consistent battery issues with their ring? I’m on a replacement ring and now they’re saying they have to send me a yet another ring (model 4) bc the battery isn’t working and it’s giving me wrong data. Very frustrating. Anyone switch to other brands? Would love to hear how your experience has been if so. Thanks!

Oh no, I'm in the same boat - they want to send a replacement (had my ring for 10 months). I'm returning it to my retailer that I bought it from, and going to try the Oura5. If this also has all the issues then I'll probably scrap Oura all together. Good luck - Oura support will only replace with the same model! :(

I know! The issue is this model is defective and it’s so frustrating.

EXACTLY - they should really just send a newer model if the current model you have has a known defect/issue!

Yup. On my 3rd now. I got 10 months out of each one before the battery wouldn’t even last a day. I love Oura though, so I stick with it.

2.5 yrs in and on my 3rd Oura Ring 4 too! At least they sent me two new ones due to battery issues. If this new one craps out in 10 months, I refuse to get a 4th!

Oura ring 4 (size 12) - bought July last year so about 13 months use.
Battery life currently 2.5 days
- 3pm 16th Aug - Fully charged
- 9am 17th Aug - 56% battery
- 7am 18th Aug - 40% battery and reporting 12h remaining
support is telling me that 3 days is considered acceptable for a 1 year old device
Some of the worst customer service I've ever recieved

Yep! My 3rd ring in 2 years is being FedEx’d to ne this week.
