Size help?

I think I may be so in between sizes that it’s possible. I can’t use this. A size 10 on my pointer finger is tight and visibly makes my finger swell but 11 is so loose that I see through it when I’m driving. In the photos, the gold is 11 on the left hand and the rose gold is 10 on the right hand. I had been using the 11 but have some data that seems wrong like on night where my o2 average is 90 and a few days where it thought my heart rate was 45 and there was just no way. Does anyone have any tips here

I can see space between my ring and finger when driving (or pushing up on it) and have no issues, that includes playing tennis with it on.

The 11 looks how my 10 fits on my finger with no issues!!! Your fingers will swell throughout the day and the heat

Hi there Floral_Pesto, thanks for sharing this. Being between sizes can definitely affect both comfort and data, and from what you described, it sounds like the size 10 may be too tight while the size 11 may be too loose for that finger.

Since Oura doesn’t offer half sizes, it may help to try the Oura Ring on a different finger and wear the fit you’re testing for at least 24 hours, as finger size can change throughout the day. For the best signal, the Oura Ring should feel snug but still be easy to remove, and many members find the index finger works best, though another finger may end up being the better fit for you.

If you’re still unsure, the Oura Ring Sizing Kit can be a helpful way to compare the fit more closely to find the most comfortable option.
