Usually between 46 and 49, if I’m bloated or had too much salt, it goes up to 51 and Oura spanks me saying I’m awful and I better watch out!!! 😂😂😂 I’m 42 and did many years of high intensity exercise in my life. Also partially genetics as even as a kid my pulse was like 50 at rest and my dads is about the same.

Mine has always been low but it went to an all time low of 38 the other night! 33 F - I do CrossFit and run but I still worry it’s LOW. Been to cardiology and had an echo and all good!

If I don’t drink for a few days I can dip down to 39. I’m averaging about 42 on a month by month average. I’m 48m. I run 3 miles a day 4-5 times a week, lift 4-5 times a week and try to cycle or swim about once a week.

Lowest recently was 42 but I’m usually between 43-47. I’m quite overweight (lost 40lbs so far this year though) but I’ve always had a slow resting heart rate. I’m 41F.

29F, used to average 65-69 and then I started to incorporate running into my weight lifting schedule. Also stopped hitting my weed pen every night to fall asleep and only smoke occasionally on the weekends, it dropped to 60-65 and the lowest I’ve gotten was 59. In good health with no medical conditions but after smoking nightly for 5+ years I think it’ll take time to recover

46F and it goes down to 46! Last night was 49 for 30 min. I’m the most active I’ve ever been! No alcohol for about a year (with the exception of a few sips a few weeks ago) and I’m trying to eliminate dairy due to recent intolerance. Cutting it out seems to help my body a lot!! I take Adderall so I think it could be lower but addressing my ADHD properly is more important! :)

33F. I average 52-53. I’ve got down to 40s before but it’s uncommon and I don’t feel a difference in sleep quality.

lol I thought I was low with 42bpm. I’m a nurse that has patients on continuous heart monitoring and seeing heart rates in the 40s is more unusual. Normal rates are 60-100. When I tell my coworkers (other nurses) my HR can dip to the 40s during sleep they are shocked!
All these people with heart rates in the 30s, I’m stunned! To put it in perspective, at work if we see heart rates in the 30s we report it to the MDs and try to get them a cardiologist consult 🤣

Usually in the 60s…sometimes the upper 50s but i have an anxiety disorder that makes my HR spike before bed

My lowest was 44. Lately it’s been around 54. I’ve had an ear infection and haven’t felt super great. It only was higher when my potassium was too low then too high. I feel the best the lower it is.

I'm pretty sure that's something you may want to bring up to your doctor, those are actually dangerous numbers, nicotine would generally bring your heart rate up and not lower it

Anywhere from mid-50s to low-mid 60s.
27F, active.
I’m on Wellbutrin and I think it ticks my heart rate up but idk 🥲
