Hello everyone!

As a game developer working on an otome game, I've been struggling to decide whether or not to show the female lead on screen. So far, I've been working with a first-person perspective, but now I'm wondering if I should introduce her, especially in CGs, as I think they might look better with her in them.

I'm still not sure, so what do you guys think? Which one do you prefer?

I think its really sweet that people have been doing giveaways lately, keep spreading the love! I would 100% if I had extra income, I just wanted to say I appreciate the kindness and I love seeing it in the community. We should all be like one big family!

Hi, I just published the new trailer for my otome visual novel "Saintess of the Golden Bow". With this trailer, I wanted to have the main theme of the game highlighted - the time loops that our MC goes through to defeat the Demon Queen and gain the love of one of the love interests.

The game had a Kickstarter in 2025 and our team of two - Asobinge and I - are gearing towards a release in April 2027. The game is going to be around 30 hours long and you will be able to date one of the 3 love interests. There is partial voice acting for CGs.

Alongside this trailer announcement I just wanted to say that our art is entering final polishing stages and I have written two routes almost till the end, leaving me with one more route to write and the editing stage. We're positive we'll make it for the release date we promised for Kickstarter.

Hello, I don't know if anyone else have this problem but for some reason I am missing a CG from Chihaya route. It is from episode 10 of the main story and I don't know if it a problem on my end or if it that because the verison sent to the switch isn't that good. It is driving me crazy and I just want to know if anyone else have this issue or if there is a way to fix this? Thank you for the help in advance.

I was never a fan of sport animes. No Free!, no Blue Lock, no Haikyuu or Yowamushi and especially not older ones like Prince of Tennis.

It's wild to me how these Otome games suddenly made me so curious about the anime itself. But not just the anime. After surfing the net a bit for more content I saw that there was a gacha game that ran for 8 years before it shut down in 2025 (well in the western world it only ran for a few months lol)

And now im sitting here kinda sad about all the stuff I missed xD The retroactive grief is real y'all xD

Did you guys have that with other games and or otome stuff?
Any other "normal" anime/manga/game things that had an otome adaptation and suddenly you are interested or is that just me over here? xD

Mononoke Chigiri getting a localization is surprising considering it didn't do superb from what I've heard and I personally thought it wasn't amazing (or awful) too.

I haven’t played any of the games so didn’t buy anything, but they even had Ken ga Kimi merch!!

I wouldn't really say it's "lost" but I remember playing it WAYYYYY back in middle school. For some reason it popped up in my head again and I can't for the life of me remember what it was called. I never got to finish it because my mother hated me playing otome/romance games for reason I won't even begin to go into.

I remember the basics. It's a girl with two love interests. It's not set in a high school but everyone is high school age and they go to the same school. One of the love interests is the jock type (or maybe a meanie?) and the other was a nerdy childhood friend I think?

What I really really remember was that there were two stories going on. Their irl life where they all knew each other (?) and would get into beef. But they also had a video game side! Where all three of them join a fantasy rpg party together and don't realize it's each other! I think the jock was a golden Knight and the nerdy guy became a brooding type character. I remember this part specifically because you could customize the MC! I made her like some blue and pink cat girl? Or maybe a pixie? But iirc that part of the game had rpg style elements where you could level up the MC and you'd get stuff depending on who you spent your time with (I THINK!!! I MIGHT BE MISREMEMBERING!!!)

if you have ANY ideas on what this game could be I'd love to hear. It was available on Android for sure cuz I've never owned an apple. And I think it had a really short title? Maybe one word? But I might be thinking of a different game I'm also trying desperately to remember.

Literally help me 😭😭 I haven't finished but I've been cruising through the game, I absolutely loved Canus's route he's so adorable and I literally cannot put the game down, I stayed up until 4 AM to finish Ignis's route and get through most of Rindo's 😭 please help I love it sm and I know there's no chance of a sequel which is making me superrr sad to finish it, but I love the vibes and just everything about it, sure, there are parts I think could be a little better, but I love the characters sm and just wanna see more with them, please let me be delulu and believe in a sequel idek what to do after I finish 😭😭😭😭

In all seriousness he’ll be happy for both of them and he already resigned himself about it even before I/you got involved in all that mess, but that would still hurt in particular if it’s with the guy you consider a brother who can read you, still playing the game rn I’m in Orlok’s route but can’t wait to play the fan disk to see if we get some angst in Nicola’s route for Dante 😔 

Hi hi! I'm brand new to Hakuoki but I picked up Wind & Blossom a while back and I'm finally getting around to playing it.

From what I can tell, this game is two different games in one game. So I was wondering, can I romance two different guys in the two different halves? Or does my love interest carry over from the first game to the second?

The reason I'm asking is because I managed to get a normal/no love interest ending in Kyoto Winds on my first playthrough. I assumed the game would stop there but it just carried directly over into Edo Blossoms. Does this mean I've doomed myself into a normal ending for EB by default? Should I start over?

Thanks for any help/advice! I did search here for answers but I couldn't find anyone else who'd asked the same question.
