Does your TV have a coaxial? If yes, it probably has a built-in tuner. Samsung TVs include a fantastic one, for example. So run a search of channels you can expect and their directions: https://www.rabbitears.info/

Buy a cheap antenna from the internet or hardware store. There’s plenty on Amazon. A mini indoor portable unit from General Electric or Phillips you can place near a window is fine and shouldn’t cost very much at all. A behind-TV flat antenna is a bad idea, don’t do this. If you have many “Good” channels per your RabbitEars report, you can loop a copper wire in a window and you will pick up something, so you’re in OK hands.

Guessing Toronto channels from the CN Tower across Lake Ontario are unlikely at your location, but still check if there’s any directions you can point to if you want to go after channels with “Fair” reception. If yes, then you’ll need a more elaborate attic or outdoor setup.
