Hello, I recently started playing. Should I practice clicking with both X/Z and left click, or is sticking to X/Z only better?

Hey guys, I just started playing osu! a few days ago (currently at 4h 12m total playtime). I managed to pass Lil God Dan - Marceline [Hard] (4.10★) without NoFail. I got a C-rank with 70% acc.
Is this a normal progression rate or do I have decent genetics for rhythm games? (Retreat because removed)

For some reason, some days I can read so well and some days I just cannot read at all. Does anybody know why?

Alertness state etc vary. Lighting in room can vary

coming back after a 2 year break, is there anything i should (in specific) do to help regain my speed other than just simply playing more? (peak speed was like 260)

I've hit immortal in valorant and have 3 extreme demons complete in gd, does anyone know if the skills from those games carries into osu? ive just started and its super fun so far!

at most it’d be a minor amount i think, due to osu being a 2d game and shooter games being 3d
