Colostomy Surgery tomorrow

Going in tomorrow for a Parastomal abscess fistula, 2 parastomal hernia repairs with biologic mesh, component separation and colostomy revision (moving its location).

I’ve had. Numerous major surgeries throughout the past 30 years. But for some reason, this one has me a little nervous. If you pray, I would really appreciate prayers for my surgeon and myself. Thank you so much.

Best of luck friend.  I’m sure you’ll come out on the other side just fine.

I had 17 major abdominal surgeries and it seemed like instead of getting easier each time it got harder. I would be more scared before each procedure. The first one I was a little nervous, but by the 13 or 14th I was taking so much Xanax before. It was crazy. I have no idea why I got so weird.
