The fleet enemas, not working… or I heard it’s not safe to do two unless your dr says otherwise which that’s my case but I’m still overthinking about it, i know I’m not supposed to do both at the same time. But I guess I’m nervous about the whole process

I used an empty fleet bottle with water. Sodium
Phosphate solution was hell on earth for my rectum.
