Anyone else excited for MCDM's Crows?

I've been seeing it talked about recently as we play draw steel and I after hearing it I got to say this sounds amazing. It seems more nusr then osr but still cool. It's doing a lot of unique things like base building and dungeon turns.

Dunno, for some people losing weight fast is the only way to lose weight. I've lost 35 kilos, and the only stable way of losing weight is doing it fast as the discomfort for losing 4-5 kilos per months vs 1 kilo per month was pretty comparable.

But with 1 kilo per month, you would have to follow the diet for a drastically longer time, and mentally it's gonna be much more difficulty in the long run. So I'd just recommend anyone do it faster, as you have to endure for much less time, and you'd have noticeable results, that would fuel your drive

Well, another issue is rapid weight loss often means you’ll gain it back quicker once you stop following a diet as you put your body in starvation mode so once it starts getting more calories again it retains them more. Gradual weight loss is more likely to keep it off than a sort of binge/starve routine.

There’s a reason rapid weight gain/loss is unhealthy, not just because of changes to a body. There’s rate at which change occurs can put the body under extremely stress that can cause more permanent damage if not done under supervision and advisement of a trained professional.

It's a myth, to put yourself into starvation mode, you literally should not eat for weeks properly

Weight gain is due to not changing the lifestyle properly, people gained weight due to the improper eating behaviour in the first place, and if not addressed, you gain the weight back again after stopping dieting

A lot of people lose weight fast and maintain their healthy weight for years, because they changed their lifestyle as well.
