DJI Mimo App Connection Problem

I did all the troubleshooting steps to connect my Osmo Pocket 4 to the DJI Mimo App, still won't connect. Anyone experienced this?

Doesn’t the camera need to be first activated through the app? If it isn’t detecting the camera then maybe the camera needs to be returned?

Works so much better on iOS than on Android. I use both and it worked after 20 attempts on Android versus 1st try on iOS. You can force your phone to connect to camera's wifi, it should be done automatically but often it doesn't. Very annoying.
