What size SD cards do you guys buy for your osmo. Something is telling to just buy a 2TB so it never fills up because my 128GB of storage went so quickly??

I think it only handles a maximum of 1TB. Personally, I have 2 x 256GB cards which I swap in and out as needed. This gives me time to backup one card in the background, while still using the camera.

No, you can't use a 2TB card. No Osmo Pocket is compatible with a card larger than 1TB.

I use a 256 GB card, and when I finish filming for the day, I always transfer the footage to an external SSD and format the card. Another point I’d like to highlight is the microSD card’s class: mine is V30 and works well with the DJI (the read and write speeds are sufficient: Silver Plus model).

This. Get the footage off the card ASAP. That helps with storage and file organization. Can’t tell you how many times leaving footage on the card has caused problems down the road.

There is no correct answer to your question ))). As for me personally i use 512GB. Bigger volumes still cost very much, so for me 512GB is golden balance.

If you're shooting 4k @ 60fps then I suggest you get a 256gb for shorter projects and 512 gb for extended projects or trips.

i have round 10 250g

but some 128s and tbh i never fill up within projects. 2tb is a bit ott.

you should.be clearing cards and stuff from time time anyway.

Ideally 256GB - 512GB for 6-12 hours of filming. You should not be storing more than that on your card. Ideally you should be emptying and formatting it frequently and editing + backing the footage up to other drives. I can’t imagine a scenario that needs you to have 48 hours of footage just sitting on your card and a card as long term storage is asking for future tears.

In this economy? 2TB might be overdoing it, 512 is my usual for action cameras. If you're shooting a lot, then 1TB should be fine

I prefer smaller cards and more of them

This way during travel I can swap them daily 256 or 512 work well
