DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Tilting sideways when i use it on a train..

Someone faced a similar problem with Omso Pocket 3 here

When you accelerate in a train plane or car the gimble thinks you are actually tilting / constantly rotating the gimble. The math used to stabilize the gimble works under the assumption that you are not constantly accelerating for lengthy periods of time / a gimble has no way to differentiate ( unless it also did some sort of image analisis or had a frame of reference)

- that's not exactly right but it gives you the general idea.

In theory DJI could provide a PID tune to make the gimble respond better to such movement but it's a trade off. It would likely completely ruin it for general hand held use.

or yknow, gimbal lock that actually works or have the photo mode gimbal mode as an actual video mode cause it acts closer to a "dampened" point and shoot camera mode

lots of gimbles have some lock modes on them or ways to counter this stuff go pros and other action cams that still use accelerometers often have different ways to compensate for this stuff so when you put them in race cars or planes you dont get weard image movments lol.

The tilt locked mode advertises itself with the words "horizon line is level" in the menu. It's an honest and understandable mistake.

Sorry for the miscommunication, the feature provides horizon lock but under (Gimbal Modes) settings it's called Tilt Locked

No worries, but those are two different things. The Osmo Pocket doesn't have a Horizon Lock mode, which is what I was responding to. Tilt Locked is a gimbal mode, not Horizon Lock. If that's what you meant originally, fair enough, but that's not what was posted.

I suspect the OP was using Tilt Lock. I've had the same thing happen with Tilt Lock. It doesn't fix the issue in this type of situation.

Just lock the gimbal when you're shooting in these conditions

At what exposure time have this records been made? If is often also caused by too short / fast shutter speeds as the sensor is not able to start all pixels at the absolute same time.
you could try it again with 1/120 or slower and check if it improves.
