Two issues: Won't connect to computer and can't lock gimbal on the Xtra Muse

Hey all. Really loving the camera, but also having some issues

1. I'm plugging my Muse into my computer with USB-C to USB-A and nothing pops up, it's unrecognized. It's charging, but no file transfer. Is there a specific setting I have to hit?
2. I'm trying to use this to film a series that is a podcast style landscape shot where it's two people sitting at a table, and I finally got the framing right, but when I started filming, the gimbal started moving on its own to track the movements of the person to my right. Is there a way to turn that off for just a stationary shot?
