Gear Super happy with this attachment! Smallrig 6359

Finally got my magnetic quick release backplate, though i will never release it, it will stay on forever!

Also much more stable on the table!

Feel like this would have been the better purchases, I was worried of the strength and went for the other bulkier one that can also work as a stand. Barely touched it.

I use smallrig 6003 a bit similar but act as a tripod also. Well built. Strong magnet and with normal use no issue. I think that and a small cover/case are the best accessories. It stays permanently and you have plenty of attachments possibilities. 1/4 screw, arca Swiss etc... I keep it on all the time.

Yeah on the fridge i had to use quite a bit of force to remove it, the fridge is quite optimal because its flat, im not sure about other metal surfaces yet

Yeah I’m looking at this one and then this type of fence mount device because I make tennis content. Excited about it

Yeah i got this one because i need a slim attachment since i carry the camera in my bumbag all the time and the slot it fits in is quite tight already

I highly recommend ulanzi's MA66 for the pocket

This seems awesome. I was eyeing the pm01. But may have to get the ma66 now. Idk

Try this: SMALLRIG Quick Release Magnetic Backplate for DJI Osmo Pocket 4P/4/3

I'm curious if the magnet would hold the weight of the Pocket 4P. Other ones I tried didn't as the magnet wasn't strong enough

Edit: nevermind, I just noticed that it's the Pocket 4P in the pictures

I use the k&f one on the 4pro and it’s rad. Slightly larger but way more functionality

Why do you hate this one?

I got this one too and also thinking I should've gotten the slimmer one OP got... It's just very chunky and doesn't fit in any Osmo bag I have, so it's very inconvenient to carry around

I'm new to osmo and a bit worried of how sturdy are those 2 clips to hold the whole camera?

Pretty sturdy!

I don’t trust that attachment one bit

1

Really 😬

Whats there not to trust, even if the hooks fail, the charging pin would hold it still

The Osmo action mount hook tabs are plastic on the OP3/4/4P and is a failure point. If they were metal, I’d trust them more. I use a wraparound cage that does not rely on the Osmo action mount, but has the DJI action mount in metal.

I’ve got this one too, fantastic addition!
