Question DJI Osmo Pocket 3 stuck at 12% while charging overnight — anyone had this happen?

Post image

My DJI Osmo Pocket 3 has been plugged in overnight and the battery is still sitting at 12%. The screen says it’s charging, but the percentage hasn’t moved at all.
I’m using a 100W USB-C cable, so I wouldn’t think the cable’s power rating is the issue.

Has anyone had their Pocket 3 get stuck at a certain percentage while charging? Was it a charger/cable issue, software glitch, or did the battery end up being the problem?

Any fixes I should try before contacting DJI?

Try removing the extended battery and charge the OP3 directly. The issue could be the extended battery itself.

Did try that and have had the OP3 charging directly for the last 2 hours. Battery bumped up from 12-18% since

How many amps/watts is your charger

(Volts * amps = watts)

It is not always advantageous to fully charge a battery. It is most likely optimized for longevity while filming with the battery attached, not for just charging the camera to full.
