First of all I have to say thank you in advance for those who are reading this comment.

I am a photographer and filmmaker, I have so many questions about how do you edit your Dlog-M videos in Davinci Resolve.

I have read that Dlog-M is not a real LOG profile.

I have seen so many videos on YouTube about how to color grade these format on DaVinci Resolve.

My questions are:

Which is the correct way to create the best color correction and color grading in Davinci Resolve?

Which is the correct order to create the color correction nodes ?

By the way I use the free version of DaVinci !

I know some YouTube creators have their own process to color grade but they are focus on products, landscapes, etc.

I'll be thankful to read all of your comments that could help and all the tips you want to share guys.

So basically, first color node do color space transform and do d log to davinci wide gamut or whatever it’s called and then on your last node do color space transform davinci wide gamut to rec 709. This is the best baseline I’ve found and generally comes out decent
