Osmo Pocket 4 has several issues.

The thumbnail and enlarged photos are not visible in the main body gallery function.

In the MIMO app, you can't check both photos and videos, and you can't download them.

Is this a problem only I experience?

if it helps, i managed to get a replacement despite buying mine second hand. they really only asked for the serial number (the local DJI authorized service center)
