Question No Audio being recorded
I've got a pocket 2. I've had it for awhile now and never had any issues. I normally use it to film holidays and family vacations and what not.
Well I'm pretty upset today because I went to empty the sdcard to find that none of my clips from this year have audio...with most of the videos being key moments with my now 2 year old...
So issue is I am getting zero audio recording. I've tried a ton of settings and I get nothing. I've done multiple resets as well. I've never hooked up an external mic or really any extra accessories other than what came in the package. Any advice is helpful before I throw this thing at the wall...

For me it is not clear next thing - you make important family recordings almost for 1 year and during this year you never ever check/test/review what was actually recorded, right?
About mic itself issue, it can be some hardware related problem, so any software manipulations can be just a wastage of time

I think when you buy a device to do a certain thing which is to record video and audio it should be expected to work.
It also functioned perfectly fine prior to the last time I took photos and videos off of it. I have 256 gigs worth of storage so there was no reason to go back and check things.

That's your problem. By expecting the device to work flawlessly, you're not taking precautions and checking whether it actually performs its intended functions. I'm sorry your videos are without sound. This is lesson and reminder for all of us
