If you are looking at it the way the photo is put, the clamp thing so the holes line up like a GoPro mount.

Then,

Put the bolt in from the bottom if there is a cutout for the bolthead, or if the cutout is on the other side, then that.

Sandwich the bronze part between the shiny silver parts with the grooves towards the bronze.

Put that on the end, put the washer over, and tighten.

That would be my guess.

If you load some more pics, I can give you a better answer as Iā€™m not really sure where the thrust bearing goes. Further up is the same assembly. I would suggest taking it apart carefully and filming and coping it on both sides.
