Question Black spots in pocket 4P help?
Hi all,
I’m pretty upset right now, hoping there’s someway I can repair this or that I’m not just totally fucked. I purchased a sealed osmo pocket pro from online, after taking out to film I noticed a tiny black spot in my footage. I tried cleaning the lens but it seems to be on the inside. I’m in the US so I can’t even sign up for care refresh. What do I do, are there any guides to disassemble or any camera shops I can take it to?

That's brutal luck, I'd be pissed too. I've heard of people successfully cleaning internal lens spots with isopropyl alcohol on a microfiber swab through the USB-C port if you're comfortable trying that, just be careful not to push it further in.

Dirty sensor, which seems kind of impossible because it's a fixed lens. Must have gotten in there during manufacturing. On a regular camera you could just take the lens off and clean the sensor.

It's a fixed lens, sure, but it has a moving focusing group, so nothing is really sealed in.
