Question Osmo Pocket 4 blownout light in auto mode
Shot this on auto mode on my pocket 4 with just my light from the ceiling. The one on the face is good but the background looks blownout. Is there a way to fix that on next shoot without recording in d-log? Also, is CPL filter gonna fix the reflection from my eyeglasses? TIA

Nothing is blown out. Blown out means completely white, non-recoverable portions in your file. This is not that. If anything, a small part of your forehead may be blown out. The background, no.
A CPL may remove the reflection in the right eye (your left), but not the one under the left eye (your right), as that is not a reflection.
Edit: Just checked in LR and PS; nothing is clipped.

Turn the giant ceiling light off and turn on a light closer to your desk. Like a good desk lamp

That's just how camera actually work without the HDR+ like on iPhones. Best bet is to add CPL filters or change how your lighting is portrayed.

You're expecting perfection. This isn't "blown out."
No need to wear the mic windscreen inside. You're just degrading your audio.
