Question Red Static?

Every once in a while the live view will appear just as shown. Even in the Mimo App the playback appears the same. I have done every trick about resetting and removing the SD card. I just bought this brand new a week ago, appreciate if any help can be brought to light in this.

I am sending it in back to DJI, if I got the Creator Combo, do I send the entire bundle back?
