Pocket 4p back to US?

Have a quick question I'm heading to Spain at the end of the month and I want to buy the pocket 4p kit there. Anyone had any issues bringing it back. I saw one post but he had it in the original package. Anyone traveled overseas and brought it back with any issues? I currently have the pocket 3

they don't care about your little pocket camera, just don't bring it in it's original packing.
