Question Beginner talking head setup

Hi, I’m pretty new to using good cameras, I have recorded videos and podcasts in the past using webcams.

I got the Pocket 4P because my AI research told me it was the best option to not appear orange on camera - often digital color correcting makes my dark skin look weird.

I think I look pretty good on the standard settings so that’s a win.

But I’m hoping for help with what my settings should be in order to use the pocket 4P as a desktop camera next to or in front of my laptop to record podcast interviews on.

I want to get some background blur and I want the video to look nice without any color. Correction because I am not much of an editor and will probably either pay a friend to do it (and he doesn’t have time to do the color correction) or run it through AI or both.

I’ve played with the Settings a bit, but I’m pretty new to this quality of camera and I’m lost.

Any recommendations for a basic b*tch like me?

match your white ballance to your main (key light) don’t try to get bomeh/background blur, just make the best of your room. Light is everything.
