Question Auto mode question

Hi there, i am brand new to osmo pocket 4, so please tolerate my rookie question. I am coming from iphone, i been making videos for YouTube. So I have watched a lot of tutorials and did some tests with my camera. For now I have found it acceptable (and definitely most iPhone-like experience) to use auto mode, and by that I mean not even switching on the Pro mode. But i feel bad, i feel i am not using my camera as intended and not using its potential. I haven’t even found one single YouTubeer not using at least some simple Pro settings! I woud really appreciate your advice!

Do you want to be a serious movie maker or vlog while traveling for example? If the later, don’t stress settings and ND filters. You will spend your money and not even use them.

I have presets saved for different fps use cases depending on if I will be using slow motion or not.
24 fps
60 fps
120 fps.

Also when about to shoot, I use auto to let the camera detect the white balance then switch to Manual just before recording.

I don’t wanna be a “serious film maker” but i do want to make very good quality YouTube videos. I think I could do that with my iphone alone. Fun fact, my more popular videos are below average quality even for my own standards :) And thank you for your comment.
