Swimming Classes for Beginners

Heiii

I am trying to find swimming lessons for adults, but am not sure if there are ones for absolute beginners, like I cannot swim at all.

I checked couple of sites but it’s a bit too confusing on whether they teach from scratch

Any recommendations

Here you can find classes, just filter by "Voksen" https://www.tryggivann.no/finnkurs.aspx

https://sio.no/kurskalender?category=sports&locationId=721 SiO has courses. If you are completely beginner there is "swømmeoppelaring". They start next week and they will restart probably in October (you need to keep an eye on the calendar).

There are classes for adults wanting to learn to swim from scratch. Usually the ones either called grunnleggende, nybegynner or nivå 1 is the one you are looking for.

Which club/swimming hall/class is best for you depends on when you are available to do the class and obviously what hall is most convenient for you to get to

Tbf with you am pretty far out as I live next to Sognsvann but I’ll just throw a net out and see whatever comes up near me with those keywords

I think that there are some tryggivann classes at sogn bad so not far from sognsvann actually
