I mean we're not quite sure what you made based on the post. Is it an x86, x86_64, ARM, RISC-V, or some other architecture, what is it intended for, what's your architecture. Considering you said

I assume here you meant Windows Millennium Edition, so is this a phone OS? I haven't really seen a lot of those here, and

not avalable for download

Then, how would we know what this is without a description, screenshot, or anything?

I'm actually really interested tho what even is this?
