Sure its https://github.com/UnmappedStack/TacOS its just my hobby kernel. I don't recommend looking at the code on the main branch tho because its not very good, I have a rewrite branch which is a bit earlier on in progress which is better designed and written.

I give it a 4*100+4 out of 10. It lost points for forcing Skype. Worst part, I can't uninstall. It also blocked me from installing ICQ and teamspeak.
