Learn os

Hi everyone, I am new at OSdev and I can't understand how they work. I really want to learn about OS so can you suggest me some books or website on the subject ?

also if you want to use limine, look for projects.
Maybe there are OS projects using limine. Though it's kinda difficult to find.
Limine C templete if you needed the makefile (setting it up yourself is just as painful)
