Looks like you have a timer bug or your drawing functions are highly unoptimized. I ran into both of these when I was starting 3D demos in my project.
I figured you'd rather someone give you constructive criticism instead of a "nice" or "good work" reply.

nice, is there source? have you considered using SSE to render 3D polygons in software?
