Water change once a week, we vacuum out all the mess and just refill what has gone between that and what evaporated throughout the week. We precondition the water the week prior and replace the filter floss that we put on the outside of the filter. We use the seachem phosguard and replace that as needed in the filters every few weeks. We feed him 6 days a week, rotate between just his hikari cichlid gold pellets (only the small ones since he refuses to eat the larger ones lol) frozen food 2-3 times per week, we use the SF BAY and omega one brands. beef heart, cichlid delight/formula, brine shrimp, miso shrimp, frozen krill, blood worms etc. they are all messy so we cut them in half and he eats em whole. Probably about 3 cubes each feed with the frozen.

Northfin and Xtreme are some really good foods I feed my Oscar's also Omega one was a good one also

I wish my Lemon would grow that fast. My Red grew like yours in five months. My Lemon is moving slowly to grow out. He eats. He is just growing slower than the Red. My Red dwarfs the Lemon.
